“This piece draws from a memory of a summer on a quiet island. Layered textures and shifting organic forms function as mnemonic fragments, both tactile and fleeting. The composition reflects how memory morphs and reshapes itself over time. In the context of ICON, this work is a meditation on how a small, brief moment can take on symbolic weight and slowly become something larger and more significant over time.”
