We do not accept returns or refunds on original art and art prints. In the case of print damaged during shipment, you must report the damaged print within 14 hours of receipt via email. The print must be sent back to us within 7 days, and we must receive the returned item before a replacement can be sent to you. We're not responsible for losing prints that are being returned by the customer.
We accept returns of other product such as mug cups and shirts. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt, please email us for further assistance.
Customers are responsible for return shipping back to SAS Gallery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
SAS Gallery is not responsible for prints damaged while opening them.
